Powderkeg, a digital community for tech companies, investors, and professionals put on the inaugural Indiana Breakout Tech Culture Awards. This year's awards ceremony was sponsored by CLA, and identified 11 of the 50 finalists winners with top honors for being culture leaders throughout the state of Indiana.
The finalists and winners were selected as a result of more than 1,300 individual responses to the 2019 Tech Census. More than 267 tech companies were nominated, and respondents rated companies based on topics identified to contribute to company culture: leadership, management, workplace, compensation, benefits, community involvement, social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, career path, and company mission.
