Marketpath, Inc., a marketing technology software company, is seeking an experienced, part-time administrative assistant. Working in a fast-paced office environment the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience supporting multiple managers in an administrative and operational fashion. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication, be very detail-oriented, and have strong planning skills.
Other required technical skills include a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs & Sheets, Adobe PDF.
Remote work time is available as needed but we prefer candidate to be on premises for most of the time.
The administrative assistant role has, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Ideal candidate will have 3 years + of related experience and be an aggressive go getter seeking out tasks needing completed instead of always waiting for marching orders.
Candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
Ability to learn new web-based systems for content implementation
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, technical environment with ever-changing tasks is necessary as is a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite products. Must be highly proficient operating all standard office equipment. Superior verbal and written communication skills are a must.
